I recently took my Dodge Ram truck in for service. The next day I got a voice message from your customer service representative with an toll free number. I called several times but could not get the speak to anyone and I left several messages to call me back. No one returned my calls. Yesterday, I took my wife's Jeep for service. I again called the toll free number, left messages, but still no response from your corporate customer service people. This is no way to treat a customer. Now, they could take some lessons frorm the manager of the Dothan Tuffy store, "George". I have been a long time customer of Tuffy in Dothan, through several different managers. But, the current manager "George" is truly a PROFESSIONAL manager. He is experienced, knowledgeable, and extremely "CUSTOMER ORIENTED". In short, he always tells you the TRUTH. He is extremely trustworthy and is truly concerned about his customers. Many have followed him from previous auto service facilities, as they want him to be in charge of their auto needs. He is THAT, DAMN GOOD! You should model some of your other managers after George. In a rating of George from 1 to 10', I would rate his managerial skills as a 20!

Great customer service. Finished changing my oil in a timely manner and checking my tire for glass.The prices are great compared to other dealers and companies in the area. I appreciate the coupons and not being told that my car could not be service like some companies in the area. I don't like to make appointments for an oil change that takes only 30 to 35 minutes.

I am not typically a review writer but I feel obligated to give credit where credit is due. My son and I were in town for a tennis tournament. I noticed I was leaking oil about 3 hours in my 6 hour journey. I was able to make it to Dothan and asked for a recomendation about where to take my truck. One girl mentioned Tuffy's. I am so glad she did because they took my car in the next morning and had me fixed in no time. Found out it was a cut in my oil filter. They could have taken advantage of me because I was from out of town and kinda desperate but they did not. They fixed my truck for $42 bucks and sent me on my way. These people can be trusted!!!! I called numerous locations in Dothan in my search for new tires. I even visited a local business that came highly recommended and was treated rudely. The man who greeted me, (hesitate to use that term because I seemed to be a bother to him) said "Lady, you must not know that everybody closes at noon around here". Sunday morning...and My truck would not start..it was simple starter, however I don't own the proper tools nor have the time. Tuffy in Dothan, RCC, fixed me, had me towed, and although the fee was an "Ouch" I have to say Johnny was very nice and a complete professional. He gave me all the cost breaks he could and I was up and running within 1 hour after it was towed to the shop. Higly recommend them. Very satisfied customer here!!!! Thanks guys!

I took my car to a dealership to get some work done which had nothing to do with my air but when I came to pick my car up, the air did not work. After going back and forth with the dealership, I left the lot with no air but a couple days later, I did receive a coupon in the mail from the dealership saying that they we're running a special on a/c repair. I am a single parent and I felt used. They should have reapired my air if it was working when I brought it in. Thank God for Tuffy! I took car to Tuffy's to get the air conditioning checked and found out that I was missing the air conditioning fuse. Tuffy's did not charge me for the fuse that they put in for me and they were so friendly and very honest with me and i really appreciate that. I am so happy that I have finally found an auto repair shop that I trust. The staff at Tuffy's is awesome!
